Job Description
Our client is a well-established securities firm with offices across the globe. To cope with their expansion, They are looking for an Associate - Learning & Development to join their team. Fluent in written and spoken english is highly preferrred.
Job Description:
Training Program Support:
- Assist in identifying, implementing, and coordinating training programs
- Research and support the determination of seminar and program content scope, and provide effective and innovative solutions
- Design and deliver training programs
Training Administration:
- Manage employee registration and check-in processes, and update the participant lists accordingly
- Provide on-site program support, including coordinating with speakers, updating materials, preparing and distributing materials, booking venues, and setting up the event space
Training Evaluation and Improvement:
- Compile program evaluation summaries and feedback analyses, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assess the effectiveness of the provided learning and development activities and their application in the workplace
eLearning Platform Management:
- Responsible for the eLearning platform and related activities, such as onboarding new employees, sending notifications, and generating reports
Training Needs Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in preparing training needs analysis reports to identify learning and development requirements
- Track and record all learning and development activities provided to CLSA employees
- Support management in reporting on learning and development metrics and effectiveness
Other Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager as needed
Requirements:
- Education: Preferred degree in Human Resources or Business Management-related fields
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Skills: Analytical skills, computer proficiency (especially in Excel), proficient in Microsoft Office suite, strong communication and presentation skills
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, collaborative, able to work independently and efficiently, good planning and organizational skills
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
