Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Executive to spearhead commercialization of our fast-growing Advertising / AI platform and projects around Hong Kong Ad. Eco-System.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sprint and backlog for HKAI products and customer projects
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs
• Ensure smooth implementation with all deliverables completed timely
• Assists in solution/feature development and user acceptance testing
• Work with internal teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations and according to prioritization
• Compile on project documentation, plans & reports
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in project management or similar client-facing role
• Holder of PM certificate(s) or equivalent qualification would be an advantage
• Familiar with technical requirement
• Former experience in development in either waterfall or agile methodologies or API design is highly desirable
• Proven understanding of the Google Marketing Platform technologies, other ad tech products or SaaS technologies is a plus.
• Can-do attitude and confidence to strive for excellence. Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
