Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 support for internal end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Implement and manage organizational IT policies to enforce security standards
• Maintain the security posture of the IT infrastructure
• Establish and update detailed documentation for IT systems and processes

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 1 years' experience focusing on providing technical support
• Experience in banking or the financial institution industry is preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Windows OS
• Experience in supporting VMWare Horizon, vSphere etc
• Independent, customer-orientated, a team player with good communication skill
• Good command of English and Chinese
