Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operation of the online shop
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement  
• Conduct data analysis on sales performance, customer behavior, market trends and competitor data
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback and review to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain all product listings on e-commerce platforms
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business/Marketing/Digital Marketing or related disciplines
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce/ digital marketing
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, detail-oriented and a good team player 
• Proactive and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
