Key Tasks

• Receive and register food waste samples
• Conduct lab test on food waste samples in accordance with standard procedure and record test results
• Conduct lab test on wastewater samples in accordance with in-house procedures
• Coordinate samples taking and documentation with external HOKLAS lab
• Responsible for housekeeping, equipment maintenance and calibration in laboratory
• Assist Supervisor to perform process optimization by data analysis

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science or related discipline
• At least two years of experience in laboratory
• Proactive, patient and detail-minded
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
