Responsibilities :

• Support the Manager in supervising the customer service department
• Design and draft the daily operations procedure
• Handle client’s inquiries in the professional manner
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients ( Include Institutional Clients )

Requirements :

• Diploma OR Degree holder of Business or related disciplines
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Institutions
• Passed HKSI paper 1, 7, 8, 9 or Licensed Holder with SFC Type 1, 2 is highly preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detail-oriented, and a good team player
• Able to multi-task and meticulous in following up on details
