Responsibilities:

• Prepare advertising plans for search, display, video and social media 
• Review and analyses performance, audience behavior to achieve target, optimize advertising campaigns
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing campaigns
• Implement & optimize online advertisements through Facebook/ SEM/ Youtube/ GDN/ SEO to drive leads
• Drive campaign performance and improvement to achieve activation and reactivation goals
• Manage and keep reports and analyses up to date to monitor main KPIs (CAC, CVR, CTR, etc.) on a daily basis
• Design implement and analyze A/B split tests across paid social platforms 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing 
• Hands-on experience with Google AdWords/ Youtube/ GDN/ Social Media/ Programmatic
• Preferably with experience in medical beauty or marketing agency
• Being independent, creative and self-motivated
• Candidates With less experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Assistant
