Responsibilities

• Manage and oversea the daily operation of the store.
• Lead & motivate sales team to achieve sales target & company KPI
• Give suggestions to retail director for sales plan formulation.
• Maintain stock availabilities for sales and corporate in-store visual merchandising standard

Requirement

• At least 5 years retail sales experience in fashion industry, of which 3 years in similar capacity
• Strong leadership and people management skills, able to motivate and inspire the team effectively.
• Passion in fashion 
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Less experience will consider as Senior Sales
