Key responsibilities: 

For Online store: 

• Assist in daily e-commerce operation including product listing, information and promotion updates, inventory replenishment for brand shop and e-commerce platform 
• Work close with internal parties including Marketing, Logistics, Finance for operations 
• Handle customer orders and enquiries 
• Prepare sales reports for analysis 
• Assist in any ad hoc duties 

For Pro Shop (Gaming products): 

• Manage POS System 
• Manage inventory level: daily update for Pro Shop system 
• POSM - arrange with marketing team 
• As back up of Pro Shop manpower 
• Assist in any ad hoc duties 

Qualifications: 
  

• Higher Diploma or above 
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin 
• Basic knowledge in E-commerce and online sales platforms (Magento, HKTVMall experience is highly preferable) 
• Proficiency in PC applications, such as MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing 
• Good team player with proactive and collaborative manner
• Excellent communication, problem solving & analytical skills, and able to work independently
