Responsibilities

• Provide sales and operation support for broker distribution channel
• Perform various duties according to department and IA guidelines
• Utilize business acumen and industry knowledge to identify issues that impact service level and make recommendations to management
• Update and gate-keep internal guidelines according to latest IA and compliance requirement
• Accountable for preparing and submitting project status and other reports to management
• Work with BDMs to design promotion campaigns and seek internal approval
• Monitor and gate-keep department budget to ensure efficient use of resources and no expense overrun
• Manage accuracy of commission statements and payments
• Follow up new business underwriting status and facilitate the communication between underwriters and brokers
• Handle policy services enquires
• Maintain good records, generate status reports for management as needed
• Support tasks / initiatives assigned by the department head from time to time

Requirements

• 3 years related experience with life insurance broker distribution channel
• Strong knowledge of key operation issues of broker distribution channel
• Familiar with IA requirements
• Experience with premium financing preferred
• Experience with HNW case management preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Significant level of risk, sales quality, and compliance awareness
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
