Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner closely with the TA team and key stakeholders on manpower planning, budget management, talent gap identification and define recruitment needs and job descriptions. You will partner with the career centres at top tier universities and education bodies to recruit new fresh graduates and MBA students, and extend your network to attract seasoned lecturers and teachers to come work in Hong Kong and China. You will be the ambassador and face of our client, hence some experience in driving employee experience, employer branding and internal communications will be key.

Profile

To qualify for the role, you will have a minimum of 6-8 years' of recruitment experience from top tier firms with a proven track record in hiring talents from abroad to work in Hong Kong and China. Campus recruitment experience is a must, and we are open to talents from all industries be it law firms, financial services, technology, education bodies...etc. Candidates with experience in employee experience, employer branding and internal communications should add relevant details in your resume. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills is essential for the role.
