Responsibilities:

• Handle daily merchant operations of new application
• Managing product flow from warehouse to customers
• Handle customer returns, complaints, and queries promptly and effectively
• Maintain and update customer account information and master data.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required/ assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline (Fresh graduate is welcomed)
• Relevant experience in client onboarding, customer success/service, client operation or sales support will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude, patient, well-organised and attentive to details
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written, spoken, and typing English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, especially in Excel
• Immediate available is preferred
