Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily merchant operations of new application
- Managing product flow from warehouse to customers
- Handle customer returns, complaints, and queries promptly and effectively
- Maintain and update customer account information and master data.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required/ assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline (Fresh graduate is welcomed)
- Relevant experience in client onboarding, customer success/service, client operation or sales support will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude, patient, well-organised and attentive to details
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written, spoken, and typing English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, especially in Excel
- Immediate available is preferred
