Job Description
You will be required to assist the Manager to supervise a facility management team, manage daily operations, maintain good tenant relationship and liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors for Commercial Buildings and Branches.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management /FacilityManagement or related discipline
- A member of relevant professional organizations preferable
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 3 years must be at supervisory level
- Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently Good customer oriented with ability to handle complaints and problem in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is an advantage Strong in report writing
- Familiar with contract management, financial control/ management, insurance procedures, lease administration and tendering handling
- Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
