Requirements

Ideal candidate should be preferable more than 5 years managerial experience in Sales and Marketing in Prototype, Tooling and Molding manufacturing Industry for export business.

• Establish the annual marketing plan and lead a Sales team to exploit and develop worldwide markets.
• Willing to travel and experienced to organize overseas exhibitions.
• Develop and maintain close relationship and personal network with potential customers. Having current client network will be an additional asset. 
• Coordinate the sales team to achieve the sales target. 
• Preferable experience with marketing platforms such as Alibaba, Amazon & Made in China etc.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
• Good communication, problem-solving and organizing skill in dealing with customers.
• Aggressiveness, result-oriented, ambitious mindset and passion is required.
• Stay in Dongguan
• Basic Salary plus Sales commission
