Our client is a leading virtual bank in Hong Kong and is currently seeking for a Head of Wealth Operations to help manage its business in Hong Kong.



Your new role

• Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will overlook the operations department
  
• Manage a team of settlement operations and investment operatiosn support teams
  
• Act as the final point of escalation of operations transactions
  
• Review current bank operational procedures and policies and conduct continuous process improvement
  
• Prepare periodic monthly senior management reports
  
• Perform ad-hoc projects
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors Degree
  
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in retail / consumer banking operations in Hong Kong and / or China
  
• Previous experience in managing large teams is a must
  
• Sound knowledge in various retail banking products, including deposits, mortgages, credit card, insurance and investment-related products
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including internal departments and C-level stakeholders
  
• Experience in process revamp and project management are highly valued
