Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Generate sales by proactively upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Achieve policy persistency targets and meet renewal growth and new business production objectives through effective upselling of other products
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key business partners
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure a smooth renewal process and efficient day-to-day account management
- Undertake any other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the immediate manager to meet evolving business requirements
Job Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex benefit design concepts in a clear and accessible manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with business partners
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), with Putonghua being an advantage
Licenses and Certifications:
- Preferred to have obtained the licenses from the Insurance Authority (IA) (Papers 1, 2, and 3) or the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
- Required to acquire a relevant license if the job involves regulated activities
