The Company

Our client is a sizable MNC Insurance company and is urgently looking for an Administration Officer to join the company. This is a 12-month contract with a strong view for permanency/extendibility, looking for a candidate to start immediately.

The Role

• Administrative support on departmental operations, including documents preparation, data filing, and ad hoc support
• Perform administrative duties on in-company activities, including pre-activity arrangements and post-activity follow-up
• Support office administration

• Participate in ad hoc projects

Your Profile

• Tertiary education in any discipline, university graduates would have a huge advantage
• Detail-minded and responsible to complete tasks with good quality
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Candidates from Insurance firm, and/or with in-company event/activity admin experience would be a huge plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
