Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with Logistics Vendor and oversight the Tech Hub’s overall daily operations with corresponding SLA (incl. ensure timely shipment, warehouse management,etc. )
• Using ticket mangement systems, IT tools and standard configuration procedures to carry out daily operations and hardware configuration (eg. Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobile devices) 
• Work with Office IT Solution Advisor Team to provide IT servcies support
• Regularly visits Consulting Office and assists with service delivery activities, include managing assets, fulfilling requests, IT support,etc. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline (Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering or IT related fields is a huge plus)
• Must be fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in providing IT Support sercvice in a Multinational and / or IT enabled services is a huge plus
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
