Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries regarding general insurance from inbound call & email
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints in timely and professional manner.
  • Provide one stop service to customers for enhancing the customer engagement level.
  • Retain and enhance customer relationships.


Requirements
 

  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above
  • Experience in customer service in general insurance area
  • Passed IIQE Paper I & Paper II
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent in communication skill, listening skill, and problem-solving abilities.
  • PC literate in MS Office especially MS Office and Excel
  • Good Chinese word processing

**Candidate with Team Leader experience will be considered as Team Manager**

 

Work Hours & Location

  • Day off on Public Holidays 
  • Sheung Wan (near MTR station)
