Job Description


The Executive/Personal Assistant will be managing administration activities for the top executives, including and not limited to, CEO and COO personal appointments and projects. 

Immediate Supervisor:
CEO/COO 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Filter and summarize comprehensive incoming correspondences and able to handle matters independently for CEO/COO as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for CEO/COO 
  • Making travel arrangements for CEO/COO/executives
  • Event planning and project management 
  • Manage junior staff under CEO/COO’s family office
  • Perform analysis on business and personal projects
  • Execute and implement plans as instructed by CEO/COO
  • Resolve daily ad hoc issues for CEO/COO as needed
  • Troubleshoot basic IT related problems for CEO/COO
  • Participate in meetings as needed and prepare meeting minutes


Requirements: 
1)  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) 
2)  Have strong prioritization and delegation skills managing junior staffs 
3)  Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and good business etiquettes
4)  Detail Oriented and extremely organized
5)  Flexible in terms of job description
6)  Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and general computer troubleshooting skills
7)  Solid project management and problem-solving skill 
8)  Possess the ability to multi-task and juggle different projects

9) Has excellent memory as well as attention to details

10)  Minimum 2-years college degree. 
11) Minimum 5-years related experience working with senior management 
12) Willing to go on extended travel on business trips up to 30% of time to Northern America, mainland China, and other Asia countries. 

13) Positive and can-do attitude 


Preferred: 
• Project Management Certificate or 2 years project management experience. 
• Knowledge of import and export business in wine industry a plus 

  • Experience in property management a plus
  • Knowledge and previous working experience in Travel industry a plus
