Responsibilities

Product Coordination

• Handle full process of sample arrangement cycle including but not limit to samples planning, ordering, delivery, return, back orders, stock control and annual stock take
• Maintain and cross-functionally enforce both global samples and sales calendar
• Support corporate and local sell-in events by ensuring completeness and on time delivery of agreed samples
• Manage the sample ordering process from HQ to subsidiaries and centralized channels
• Coordinate core assortments, limited editions, special capsules from a sales perspective
• Prepare samples status analysis by market, communicate analytical report results cross-functionally
• Participate in samples meetings with cross-functional partners

Customer Services

• Act as first point of contact for commercial, logistics and product claims
• Prepare documents for import and export declaration for all parcels
• Provide daily operation support on order processing
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• DSE graduate or above
• 2 years work experience is required, with hands on experience in sample arrangement will be an advantage
• Hard-working, self-motivated and a good team player
• Well organized, detail-oriented and able to work under face paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Familiar with SAP will be an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred but not essential
• Full-time permanent or 6-month contract based will also be considered
