Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries and maintenance orders at Call Centre and Social Media Platform.
- Perform outbound calls, including account servicing & sales promotion delivery.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support ad hoc duties as required.
Requirement:
- Preferably 1 year of customer service experience.
- Customer-oriented and a good team player.
- With good communication skills & telephone manner.
- Proficient in spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word-processing.
- Experience in SAP & CRM will be an advantage.
- Immediate available is preferable.
