Senior Merchandiser - Men’s and women’s swimwear

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage development to bulk production process.
• Work with garment factories to achieve best prices.
• Work with fabric mill or trim suppliers to ensure the raw material on-time delivery.
• Work to ensure a seamless co-ordination with internal colleagues related to development issues.
• Monitor suppliers and the production market to update market situation.
• Partner with local and overseas technical teams to ensure Brand requirements are met, i.e. fit, fabric, print, color, wash, general quality assurance and production techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduates in any disciplines or higher diploma holders in Fashion and Textiles related disciplines.
• Agile, Flexible and willing to develop the career in the textile and garment industry.
• Hard working, responsible, good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and knowing Korean language is a plus.
• Candidates with 3-5 years of working experience will also be considered.
• Based in Hong Kong and frequently travel to China and South East Asia.
• 2 years and above experience in apparel speed market, having swim experience is a plus.
• Work closely with our field team to drive factory sourcing, production management, compliance and responsible sourcing, production, issue resolution.
