Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including but not limited to eBay, Amazon and Etsy. Responsibilities involve copy-writing, creations of product content, new product posting and website listing maintenance
• Handle daily customers’ enquiries / disputes via email and live chat.  Follow up orders in a professional manner
• Oversee the operation of social media platforms
• Support logistic and administration work, ad-hoc duties may be required
   

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing / Digital Media or related discipline
• Proven knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central and its marketing levers is strongly preferable
• Proficient in MS office applications, particularly in Excel
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Initiative and well-organised
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Candidates with experience in managing and operating Shopify, Shopee, TikTok and other online stores will be taken into consideration
• Fresh graduates and undergraduate students are welcome. Candidates with solid experience or qualifications will be considered as Supervisor
