We are looking for a proactive and energetic team player to join our Marketing Department, the successful candidate will lead the marketing function of the Department Store (CWB & KTK) to bring in new inspirations and marketing strategies to drive customer growth, retention and enhance overall customer experience.
 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the overall marketing strategy, initiate marketing programs and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Division of the Department Store to brainstorm marketing campaigns.
• Work with digital and CRM team for delivering effective marketing programs and promotion campaigns.
• Manage marketing budget and perform campaign analysis.
• Initiate and conduct relevant marketing studies to identify trends and highlight revenue.
• Build up good relationship with business partners, vendors and media representatives to maximize business opportunities.
• Coordinate and create content for press releases, media Q&As and liaise with PR agency whenever necessary. 
• Participate in group projects and ad hoc assginments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, business administration or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Retail Marketing and event management .
• Solid marketing management knowledge and people leadership experience.
• Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Creativity and open-minded.
• Able to work independently with self-motivation and positive working attitude.
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English & Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua an advantage.
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
