Who We Are Looking For:
We are currently seeking a highly confident Human Resources Executive to join NTT DATA’s global payment hub, which is headquartered in Hong Kong. As a HR Executive, you will be supporting Head of HR in overall functioning of HR. This role will provide general HR operational support to Human Resources Team in the areas of Staff movement, Learning & Development, Staff Relations and Personal Data Management/Documentation. It provides a great opportunity for those who wish to learn and gain experience in the fundamental functions of Human Resources Management and for those who are looking for a stable working environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general day to day HR support to HR team and deal with staff enquiries;
- Assist in recruitment process by calling; candidates, compiling information and updating database;
- Schedule meetings, interviews and maintain agendas;
- Assist in coordinating L&D activities and following up training status;
- Support monthly staff events, Christmas and Annual dinner events and other Company activities;
- Audit and update the documentation retention status while managing personal data filing; and
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices;
- Basic understanding of Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
- Experience of handling work visa for expats will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, meticulous, independent and highly analytical;
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment;
- Good command of English and Cantonese; Knowledge of Japanese is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel's V-lookup are essential;
- Fresh Graduates are welcome. Less experience will be considered as HR Assistant; and
- Immediate available is preferred.
