Job Description

• Provide comprehensive work support to Business Development Director
• Assist Business Development Director in preparing proposals and tender bids
• Follow-up requests from designated corporate clients to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries
• Liaise with various stakeholders to deliver smooth and effective workflow
• Prepare reports relating to business support operation
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, preferably in Marketing / Business Development / Language
• 1-2 years working experiences, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Experience in corporate business development (B2B), cross-border business development is preferred
• Proficiency in using MS Office (MS Word, Excel & PPT), and other computer software applications
• Detail minded, multi-tasking, be able to work under tight deadlines
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skill
• Excellent speaking and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Business travel may be required
