Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for membership recruitment, retention and renewal processes;
- Handle members’ enquiries and maintain regular communications with them;
- Manage event logistics and prepare event promotional materials;
- Assist in CRM data maintenance and event analysis; and
- Support other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- University graduate in marketing, event management, hospitality, or business-related disciplines;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar membership or events-focused role;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal;
- Good organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Experience in events management or customer-facing administrative role;
- Proactive, resourceful, able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems, knowledge of graphic design software.
