Job Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.
- Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure financial savings targets are maximized.
- Handling monthly management reports, monthly contract reviews, obtaining supplier quotes, purchase orders preparation, reporting on in scope and out of scope works, etc.
- Co-ordination of the billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting to client
- Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure financial savings targets are maximized.
- Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, better buying and use of preferred suppliers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Higher diploma and above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in Finance/Office Administration within Facilities Management / Property Management or related industries.
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and purchase order processing is preferred.
- Regional experience is a plus.
- Understands the requirements of operating in a contract , business and customer-facing environments
- Capable of working in a matrix and fast-moving environment and work independently
- Detail-oriented with a strong numerical aptitude, communications & presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) & PowerPoint
- Excellence command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
