We are the solely buying office of the MediaMarkt Saturn Retail Group in Asia for its own brands.

Responsibilities

• active participation in goods sourcing projects with focus on quality management specialist topics
• manage and coordinate shipment inspection, release and follow-up
• liaison with testing/inspection laboratory, suppliers and other departments for quality-related tasks
• maintain and prepare quality documentation
• test and maintain quality sample, test bench and equipment
• coordinate spare part order, shipment, packing, and inspection between the relevant parties 
• responsible for invoicing of testing/inspection laboratory
• assist inspection checklist update and revision
• support Quality Manager if needed on other tasks

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 year experience in field of quality management (QA/QC/testing/related document control) 
• working experience in international buying office or laboratory is preferred 
• good analytical thinking, accurate, well-organized, reliable and a good team player
• good communication skill, independent with positive and proactive attitude
• knowledge and understanding of European products & test standards and requirements
• good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• good PC knowledge (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• experience in corporate sustainability management is a plus
• travel to China occasionally
