The role

The Senior Officer will be under the People Business Partner Team reporting to Manager, responsible for monitoring HR-related projects, facilitating communication and coordination within the Kuk. 

Responsibilities:

• Organize and monitor various HR projects from sketch;
• Provide manpower agency services to designated units; 
• Work closely with both internal and external parties to achieve HR-related targets;
• Build strong people vision for the team and provide advice to leaders about the whole cycle of the projects;
• Review and streamline HR project and progression to enhance overall efficiency;
• Support other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration preferred;
• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, preferably gained in recruitment agency;
• Experience / good knowledge in HR project management/system implementation highly desirable;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant laws and regulations;
• Excellent skill in Excel and other PC skills, including Chinese word processing;
• Proficient in both English and Chinese with analytical, agile, and report-writing skills;
• Candidates who come from commercial fields are also welcome.
