Job Description:

• Pick & pack samples, coordinate delivery flow, track shipment status timely.
• Manage showroom, sample replenishment, change display samples by seasonal basis. Monitor packing materials inventory.
• Responsible for all samples logistics coordination including borrowing and lending for sales event. 
• Manage samples backorders ensuring a clean sheet.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary graduate or above
• Detail oriented and strong sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge in SOP system, order processing is preferable.
• Good command in Cantonese and Mandarin, preferable for English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel,
• Immediately available is preferred.
