Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of general office administrative duties including office supplies inventory management, office equipment and facilities maintenance, and seating plan arrangement
  • Facilitate office renovation and other office administrative projects
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of projects
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers on service agreement and quotation
  • Assist in business travel and accommodation arrangement
  • Provide support at the reception counter if needed
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 3 years of work experience in office administration 
  • Independent, self-initiative with good interpersonal skill, and willing to take on new challenges
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua will be an advantage)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
