Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a Strategic HR Business Partner, provide expert guidance on recruitment, organizational effectiveness, performance management, staff engagement and retention.
  • Lead and manage a small team of recruitment, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure their success 
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Partner with department managers to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate selection, and recruitment best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies to enhance the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement and facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and implement employee development and training initiatives to support performance improvement and career growth.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to the senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. 
  • Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience preferred from FMCG or retail industry, including at least 2 years supervisory level.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, labour ordinance, and performance management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and managing a team of recruitment professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, employees, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, and able to adapt quickly to new challenges
