Job Duties

• Deliver excellent and all-rounded customer services (such as visitors greeting, customer enquiries & greviances handling, product replacement etc.) at the Front Desk 
• Act as a key administrative role, supporting Membership services as well as daily Club operation (e.g. room reservations, materials procurement, sending reminder to members via SMS etc.)
• Assist the Operation Supervisor in part-time contractor management, including roster arrangement and payment calculation etc. 
• Provide on spot assistance in all activities and services
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Skills

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in handling customer's enquiries & greviances independently
• Customer oriented, well organized and detail-minded
• Fast learner and able to work independently
•  A good team player who is also passionate in connecting with people
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

Requirement

• Experience in activity support or Education Centre  / member-based organizations job is definitely an advantage
• Possess a Diploma or above
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Working location

• D2 Place

Working schedule

• 5 days (including one SAT/SUN duty) per week
• - possibly taking ONE evening shift (11am-8pm) each week
