ABOUT THE TEAM
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Concierge Manager to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our residential portfolio, you will report directly to the Manager/Senior Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the daily operations of our prestigious luxury residential properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional customer services of the highest quality and making suggestions for customer services enhancement to ensure customers’ satisfaction;
- Build trust and foster consensus with members of the Owners’ Committee and convene Owners’ Meetings;
- Prepare annual budgets and manage Owners’ Fund accordingly;
- Handle requests, enquiries and complaints from residents;
- Organize clubhouse activities and events for residents;
- Enforce company policies and guidelines;
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PMSO, BMO, DMC and house rules;
- Liaise with relevant parties/government departments for all management and maintenance issues;
- Lead and manage on-site teams and provide training, coaching and supports to staff;
- Monitor performance of contractors and consultants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary education in housing management, surveying or related disciplines;
- Holder of Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1);
- Member of the Institute of Housing/Hong Kong Institute of Housing preferred;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management of luxury residential developments, of which 3 years must be at supervisory level; portfolio management experience will be an advantage;
- Sound knowledge of building operations and estate management;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels;
- Highly proactive and customer-oriented with positive mindset;
- Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward;
- Builds strong teams through partnerships and works collaboratively. Applies their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals;
- Adapts approach and demeanour in a timely manner to match the shifting demands of different situations;
- Holder of a valid security permit;
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Good PC skills on MS Office and Chinese word processing.
