Job Descriptions:

• Creating unique customer service experiences for customers and member
• Delivering an innovative service to your customers through multi-channel servicing designed to meet their individual requirements

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2 years working experience in Customer Service / Telecommunication / Tourism experience or above is preferred
• Good command of English & Cantonese / English & Mandarin is a MUST
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
• Flight attendants and ground staff are welcome
