Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyze customer behavioral data, generate insights for offer planning.
• Work closely with Call Centre Telesales on the implementation and progress review.
• Measure, report and analyze marketing program effectiveness, keep track of in-base performance with company KPIs.
• Rollout and formulate the retention / upsell strategy.
• Work with cross-functional departments for various marketing campaigns, performing quality checking and measuring the program effectiveness.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors' offer.
• Support ad hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Marketing, Quantitative Analysis, Business Studies or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in telecom, banking or insurance products and with 2 years supervisory is preferred.
• Skills of customer segmentation and data analysis would be an advantage.
• Strong in numerical sense, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
