Job Responsibilities

• To formulate annual compliance review and testing plan in relation to AML/CFT, Sanctions and Fraud related areas and processes and aligned to risk assessment framework and covers the key risk and control area. 

• To perform compliance review and testing according to agreed schedules and framework and to ensure compliance review covers key areas in accordance with the Bank's polices and procedure. 

• To perform institutional ML/TF risk assessments and update risk mitigating measures 

• To perform ad hoc projects and assignments in relation to New Product Initiative and other Regtech related FCC Project 

• To perform thematic review, ad hoc compliance review, if required 

• Assist with FCC examination and/or review conducted by regulators, external consultants, external or internal auditors 

Job Requirements 

• University degree with preference in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Risk Management or business-related discipline 

• minimum 5 years experience in compliance review review in financial institutions or consulting firm 

• Self-motivated, independent and ability to work with colleagues in different functions and across all levels 

• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively 

• Good analytical skills 

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua preferred
