Job Responsibilities

• Assist to collect and analyze the information and data in relation to company business
• Liaise with internal parties to ensure the business operate in smooth
• Monitor and review work in progress, communicate with Project Manager on project status regularly
• Document management

1. Edit, proofread, and format documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism
2. Coordinate document reviews and approvals, collect inputs from other department, and incorporate changes as needed
3. Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date electronic filing system for easy retrieval of documents
4. Communicate effectively through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions to address queries, provide updates and seek necessary information
5. Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of task

• Communication and Collaboration

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Analysis/Statistics/Operation Management/Information Systems or related discipline
• Must be a meticulous person with an analytical mindset
• Capable and willing to go through details to trace reasons for problems
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, good knowledge in Accounting Systems is advantageous
• Must fluent spoken and written in Mandarin, good command in written and spoken English 
• Immediate available is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates / candidates with less experience are also welcome
