Our client is seeking a Senior QA Engineer - Electronic/Mechanical to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate calibration and validation of measurement devices.
• Oversee and implement Gauge R&R studies for high-precision instruments.
• Create and implement Quality Assurance strategies to maintain excellence in semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
• Oversee product quality metrics, generate reports, and perform quality inspections as needed.
• Investigate issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Address quality concerns and manage client feedback effectively.
• Collaborate across departments including Sales, R&D, and Production to ensure comprehensive quality management.
• Spearhead ongoing initiatives for quality enhancement.

 Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering)
• Proficient in quality management methodologies, including Quality Consciousness, Measurement Systems Analysis, Acceptance Sampling, 8D Problem Solving, and various Quality Tools
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, Six Sigma, or MBNQA is beneficial
• Prior experience in client and vendor interactions is desirable
• Fluent in both written and verbal English and Chinese communication
• Meticulous, with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Open to travel to manufacturing facilities, supplier locations, and client sites, including Shenzhen
• Less experience candidate would consider as QA Engineer
