Our client is an Asian based company, they are seeking a Customer Service Officer to support the sales and project team.

Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, verbal and written with excellent customer services manner
• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients
• Provide general administrative supports to the team.
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of any disciplines
• 3 to 5 years experience in customer service and administration
• Good communication skills, patient and independent
• Native Cantonese, fluency in speaking English and Mandarin
• Good writing skills, both in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
