Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations;
- Formulate and implementation of HR Policies & Procedures;
- Handle annual HR projects such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Appraisal;
- Handle ad hoc projects or initiatives at the corporate level;
- Manage day-to-day admin functions in an efficient and effective manner;
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources fields, preferably in retail industry;
- Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
- Immediate available is preferred.
