Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations;
  • Formulate and implementation of HR Policies & Procedures;
  • Handle annual HR projects such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Appraisal;
  • Handle ad hoc projects or initiatives at the corporate level;
  • Manage day-to-day admin functions in an efficient and effective manner;
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources fields, preferably in retail industry;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
