Job Description

• Handle hamper order management, by including order creation, hamper report, order tracking and customer complaints
• Handle managerial and clerical details, including incoming and outcoming calls
• Cold calls to Major Corporate Customers
• Provide timely response to customer general incoming enquiries, such as status of receipts and information update via phone and email
• Updating hamper fulfillment system and hamper website
• Ad hoc task assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• DSE graduate
• 1 year or above Call Center Operation experience is preferable
• Native in Cantonese, good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Working on Monday to Friday from 10 am - 6:30 pm (5 days)
• Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
