Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Provide full spectrum of leasing services for commercial properties in Hong Kong and Australia
- Explore new tenants by cold call, site visit etc.
- Analyze market trends and prepare leasing report
- Maintain good relationship with tenants, potential clients and property agents
Job Requirements
- 4 years relevant working experience in commercial leasing
- Mature and independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good teamwork spirit
- Good command of written and spoken in English
- Good PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc)
