Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution

• Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular reports and analysis to clients

• Collaborating closely with the creative/production teams to develop effective marketing solutions to client 

• Sourcing sampling or materials for campaign usage

• Attending client meetings, industry events, and networking functions to stay abreast of client needs and market trends

• Assist the Account Director or management to manage the project budget and develop strategies, proposals to clients and marketing materials 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience working in an advertising agency or client-facing marketing role

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong project management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple priorities 

• Team player, creatively problem-solves, and provides data-driven recommendations

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed and work on weekends / public holidays

• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as senior account executive

• Immediately availability is highly preferred
