Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for key wholesale clients (including chain stores and global e-commerce customers), provide comprehensive sales services including all kinds of retail projects and support on their daily operations
• Proactively drive sales and achieve sales targets
• Work with Trade Marketing Team and Brand Team, responsible for merchandise and marketing initiatives presentations to clients
• Prepare all kinds of statistics and analyses for management review, including sales performance and forecasts, categories’ trend, competitors and customer profiles
• Monitor timelines of sales activities, promotional campaigns, and merchandise displays
• Coordinate with Marketing Department on advertising images and all kinds of marketing materials and ensure to meet with clients’ needs
• Work closely with Customer Service Department on monitoring and tracing shipments and fulfilment
• Conduct merchandising checking regularly to ensure merchandise quality and understand sell out status, collect feedback from retail frontline sales
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant work experience, experience in international companies focusing on eyewear, fashion accessories and consumer goods is highly preferred
• Experience in customer service and sales administration will be an advantage
• Well organized, attention to details, with good analytical skill and strong numerical sense
• Proactive, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Out-going person and a good team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
