Responsibilities:
 

• Provide customer service to handle enquires and complaints, maintenance and ad hoc service
• Provide administrative support to salesman, Account Servicing / Sales Admin and Project Management.
• Draft letter for salesman, prepare report to client.
• Create corporate client list to facilitate job distribution

Requirements :
 

• Holder of degree of any disciplines
• 5 years or above experience in customer service and administration
• Independent, patient, good communication skills
• Candidate with installation works experience will be an advantage 
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
