Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager / Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in routine HR operation and projects, you will be responsible for C&B function, provide support to internal stakeholders and build strong relationships with the vendors.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support in compensation & benefit section including but not limited to MPF, taxation, visa application, medical insurance, performance management, administration, etc.;
  2. Assist to organize and co-ordinate staff relations and communication activities
  3. Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation.
  4. Assist HR team to develop and implement various C&B projects including incentive schemes and other reward initiatives.
  5. Provide administrative support and ensure proper filing management is in place for onboarding and movements of all staff, update HRIS database to ensure all personnel records up-to-date and accurate
  6. Handle the staff handbook and policy are up-to-date and close to the market trend

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in C&B function
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Strong HR concepts & business acumen and proficient in Labor Ordinance and market practices
  5. Experienced in  visa application and IR application 
  6. Strong problem solving and HR project management skills
  7. Business fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
