Responsibilities

• Support payroll process, including calculating, and entering non-recurrent payroll data and deductions, employer tax returns and follow up
• Provide accounting and financial support to the Payroll Office of the Finance Function
• Oversee full set of accounts of a related entity of the Corporation
• Liaise and coordinate with HR business partners and handle staff inquiries
• Assist in Human Resources Management System (HRMS) or related system enhancement projects and user acceptance tests

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages and Mathematics, preferably with post-secondary education in Accountancy / Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience
• Knowledge of Inland Revenue Ordinance, Employment Ordinance and other relevant statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Payroll System and Oracle Financial System
• Detail-oriented with good numerical sense and proactive attitude
• Strong awareness and sensitivity on handling confidential information and payroll matters
